Day 3: In the Classroom

Both the junior and senior class spent some time in the classroom journaling about their field trip to the McMichael Gallery. The junior class learned about the different types of Canadian coins and the important cultural symbols on each of them.

In the afternoon, the senior class spent some time doing exercises and some group work. The junior class finished journaling, talked about the environment, and practiced their oral English through reading a poem.  Near the end of the day, both classes got a chance to walk around the outside of the school and to the Civic Center to enjoy a breath of fresh air and a break from the classroom.
